Contribuisci feedbackHorrendous, my wife and I work as health workers who visit people who are under Kovid 19 after they were released from the hospital. We begin to work at 6 a.m. and today at 9 a.m. made a stop on this place to take a coffee when My wife tried to use a toilet room, the employee did not allow it to her. My wife talked about the employees she really needed because she worked with six people who helped them, said the employee? because Covid 19 rules, can the costumer not use the toilet room?
I always think she's coffee when I can. Customer service is great.
I've been starting for about three months to come for this dunking donuts. I was blown away from the night team's professionalism. Jeffrey deserves a standing ovation because he feels appreciated as a customer, and this is the main reason why I would rather go past 3 Dunking Donuts just to come to this place. The night crew is AMAZING!
Will never use this Dunkin? Donuts again. Person at the window yelling at me while placing my order and when arrive at window she expects me to be happy that she just finished yelling at me. She kept try to argue with me at the window. Then to pay for your food to receive a cold breakfast sandwich. Will definitely be calling my credit card company to get a Refund. People like this is what makes a place go out of business with the lack of customer service and professionalism.
After placing my order and got on the highway, I realized my food was cold. Definitely not happy and feel like they was rushing to serve everyone through the drive-thru. Which cause them to give me a sandwich that was sitting there. Also the employee was to busy rushing and trying to upscale me as I was making my order.
