Edda’s Cake Designs - Miami

We ordered a cake at the location south miami for our high time from the mai 2021. they were great to work with and had a wonderful experience when we came to the load to do the tasting. the personal is very nice and we had no problems getting the cake delivered to the venue (as I know it called to confirm the number of guests and the week of high time that was very convenient for me! the cake itself was beautiful and tasted great! we have marble, vanilla around and wrench lime with white butter cream frosting. the guests all really enjoyed the cake and have many compliments on it!

Excellent cake. sad to see her pembrokepines. they have been a loyal customer since they opened up. all my childbirth were celebrated with their cakes. it's a way to go to miami. I hope they'll come back.

If I could give less than 1 star, after almost a month of the cake I ordered today to pick it up and for my surprise it was a total catastrophe nothing like the ones I order from their location, lack of quality control before the customer arrive to get the order. I was offered 15% discount to take a cake that will look very bad. I prefer to show empty hands than to show up with it. I guess that she is bios call quality and customer satisfaction is no longer important what is important to make money at any price. it's a shame...

I purchased 2 cakes as part of a school fundraiser. I live in another state and I had the cakes shipped. They arrived vacuum sealed and boxed. The vanilla rum was perfectly moist, delicious, and flavorful. However, the red velvet was dry, over-baked, and a huge disappointment. We didn’t eat it. It was the worst red velvet cake we ever tried, not even the frosting helped. I gave them feedback on their website. I didn’t want a refund because I still want to support the school, but I received No response, no apology, and no replacement.

I got a cake from my daughter and tasted weird and I realized it's gone. She called and they said you were eating it with UBER! No UBER just picks up. They gave them an expired cake.
