Ihop - Miami

This place has been on the decline for a while, and today's visit was the last one for me. I waited for almost 45min for overdone cold scrambled eggs, cold waffle, undercooked hashbrowns and cold coffee. I should've just left, but at this point I already put in the time. Good luck IHOP, I won't be back to this location.

I love ihop and the food is super good but the service here it's just terrible. They always have a problem either card doesn't work or Apple Pay. Servers are really rude for the most part and take years to bring your food. You can't order over the phone and they make you go there just to sit there for more than 40 minutes while they make your food. Worst ihop out there.

This place is terrible Me and my family came in at 11:40 we got there and it was packed, we are always there and it 's always empty, for the first time it was actually packed. We came in, we waited a couple minutes for the waiter to finally assist us. We sat down fine, she asked us for our drinks, fine. We asked for lids for our cups and instead of handing them to my mom she gave her an attitude and she just ended up doing it herself and rolled her eyes at my mom. After, she gave my mom so much bad energy after that she always turned her back to my mom, such bad energy. Then it took like almost an hr to get our food, took forever!! Then a group of classy preppy people came in to sit down and eat and instead of the waiter being nice and welcoming them in she threw the menu at their table and they noticed how disrespectful she was being and they left. After they left she said they see the prices and then they leave. And then she saw that they leave and she was like Hallelujah! . Mad disrespectful. To be honest i don 't think she 's a good waitress to be working at that job, she 's can 't handle a bunch of customers at the same time and she seem to be work the most there, at the most there was only like two or three waiters and i saw one when i walked in and then never saw him again. Again! reminding u this is night shift staff. Before that like around 5-10:00 im guessing im not sure, there 's a nice respectable waiter he 's super nice. And gives good service but the night shift staff sucks!! Do not recommend going at night, come before 10:00!!

Be so fr.. don't come here. The food quantity is so ridiculous ???

Update: This pick-up order was much better. We ordered the French Toast Breakfast Family Feast but received 3 French toasts instead of 4. Other than that, everything was cooked perfectly.The staff is amicable however our last breakfast pick-up orders have been average. The pancakes are burned and the bacon has an aftertaste. Not worth the $28 for the Breakfast Family Feast.
