Military Hospitality Lounge - Miami

Overall a great lounge been there many times over the years. I enjoy the snacks, seating and computers. Clean washrooms.On my latest visit Emilio was very friendly and helpful. Thanks for volunteering your time. I enjoyed our conversations.

The volunteer a Hispanic man was not friendly and unhelpful for someone to work with or for Veterans he asked many questions as i was being integrated and overlooked my military credentials. He needs Retire time has passed for him.

The volunteers here are always courteous and kind and willing to dish out anything you want. There are a good number of donors for food so it's usually well stocked. Not always healthy options but you can get some calories in. Always hot coffee and tea. Everything is free.Lounge area is one of the best I've seen... And I've seen a lot. Restroom very close. Internet is stable and plenty of power supplies. They have gaming, computers, kids section, TVs, etc.I encourage everyone to donate a little when you come to help supplement the place and continue to provide the services.Only improvement would be to go longer hours, ideally 24.Kid-friendliness: Lots of things for kids to do. Ga.es, computers, play area, lounge, TV, snacks.

Great place! All the volunteers were great. Only criticism is that they were not open on my return trip, 4 September, because of Labor Day.

Thanks. My wife has prosthetic leg, and needed a more comfortable chair than the ones at the airport. We had a 5 hour waiting for the flight, she needed the rest, and she did, Thanks again...
