Sushi Maki - Miami

I've been to this restaurant multiple times and have never had a bad experience. Whenever there was an issue with my meal, the manager addressed it immediately. The customer service is always on point. I want to give a special shout-out to Claudia at the Palmetto Bay location; she is fantastic! The sushi is excellent—it's not overly extravagant like some other places, but there’s something about it that keeps me coming back. The tuna tataki is a must-try, as is the coral reef roll. They are consistently fresh and delicious for me. Although I had a hiccup with my noodles tonight, the outstanding customer service turned my experience around and saved my review. There’s a reason this restaurant has been around for so long: great food and great people. I’ll definitely be back!

The restaurant itself was very clean and well-organized, with decorations that earned a solid 5 out of 5. Now, let's talk about the food—everything was delicious! I particularly loved the chicken soup; it has become my favorite. I've tried various sushi options, and they always look appealing, matching the wonderful flavors perfectly. This place is truly one of my top sushi spots, and I can't wait to come back!
