Contribuisci feedbackThe morning staff at the drive-thru are incredibly friendly. I grab my breakfast here multiple times a week, and I haven't encountered any problems so far.
I kindly drove back through the drive-thru to show the cashier, but he just shrugged and said, "That's what we give." When I tried to talk to the manager, Mr. Yan Carlos Milan came over and rudely told me, "That's all we give." I asked for a refund, and he dismissively said it was no problem while being quite rude about providing me with the store number. He returned and told me again that this is their portion size, and if I didn’t like it, I should call corporate— which I definitely will. As long as this store has a leader who treats customers like that, I believe their sales will continue to decline. Leaders should be good examples. Fast food or not, I was a paying customer. I wish I'd taken a picture of the food to show everyone what they consider a chicken portion. Shaking my head.
It's quite suspicious that every time I visit this restaurant at night, they only accept cash. This raises concerns about possible tax evasion or potential theft by the staff. Management should look into this issue.
Tonight I asked a family member to pick up a couple of Deluxe Cravings Boxes for dinner on their way over to my house. The items were dumped into a bag and when asked for Fire sauce, they reluctantly dropped some into the bag. The combo should haveconsisted of a medium drink, a Chalupa Supreme Steak, a Beefy 5 layer burrito, a Nacho Cheese Doritos Locos Tacos, and Chipsand Nacho Cheese Sauce. What we got was a medium drink, Chips and Cheese Sauce, A tiny tightly wrapped mostly bean burrito (Iactually had to look for the beef and finally found a little), a soggy (also lacking in beef see the picture) Nacho CheeseDoritos Locos Taco, and NO CHALUPA OF ANY KIND (steak or otherwise)!!!! The components we ended up with were the same for bothcombos. A complete RIPP OFF!! There conveniently was also no receipt in the bag either. We did not go back for the missingitems because the location over 6 miles away. We did however try to call the store and they are not answering the phone. Iassume they are serving up the same lacking and missing items to others and don 't want to bother with the complaints! It wasan expensive for a bag full of nothing. The manager should be ashamed!!!
Terrible experience. I was craving a shredded chicken burrito, but what I got was disappointing. The burrito was half empty, with barely any chicken or cheese on one side, and not much more on the other.
