Subway - Middle Island

Worst subway ever. Employees are extremely rude, extremely slow. Just terrible all around. Needs to be shut down don’t waste your time or money.

Girl behind the counter couldn't be any slower. On the phone. I was the only there and she decided to take care of non important stuff. Never again. Subway you have a real winner there.

Worst subway I’ve been too. The staff was on their phone and it took over 5 minutes for anyone to acknowledge that I was the only customer on the line.

Nasty place floor dirty tables dirty and worker's sitting on there phone posting tictok videos ask for a sandwich for .my dauter the chicken was nasty gooey like slime that went to the garbage place needs the board of heath to go in there on a surprised visit for real if the out side and counter is nasty imagin the back of the kitchen on the phone touching bread no gloves I got a nice video on the inside and workers sitting on phones with the place dirty

This store need to be closed. Employee are very slow. Coffee not ready and old . Zero stars.
