Go through. The staff we are polite and responsive. We were served quickly and the food was as expected. Great work, this crew met the brand, which should be standard good customer service.

Always great service and food was at the right time. The staff was masked and sanitary even in the car thru.

Much better experience this time. The food was hot and fresh and the drive thru did not take long to get through.

Its really sad when i specifically ordered grilled chiclen cobb salad through doordash and call yall to get it fixed. With yall knowing yall messed up the order yall expected door dash to fix the issue. Doordash didnt make the mistake yall did. I will not be back and yall could have done something to fix the issue.

Hey Zaxby?s! Why is your lobby still closed? I refuse to online order and go drive thru! The pandemic is over! It is coming out that the CDC lied about the numbers! But since your lobby IS closed I went to Culver?s and had an AMAZING burger IN their dining room. Stay closed! I will gladly spend my money elsewhere!
