Contribuisci feedbackThe customer service at this restaurant is terrible. There was no communication at all. I ordered delivery, paid for it, and waited and waited but it never arrived. When I called to inquire, I found out they had canceled my order without bothering to inform me. It turns out they only deliver within a 3-mile radius, not 5 miles as I had thought. I'm not sure why they accepted the order and took my money (which I still haven't received back). I waited an hour before calling and discovering this information, and if I hadn't, we would probably still be waiting because they had no intention of telling us. This restaurant is an absolute joke, and now my 6-year-old is starving.
I highly recommend this restaurant to others. The appetizer was delicious and the staff was very helpful.
Came for early tea last week Few people in Newer better menu since last here good atmosphere +prompt service Food delicious as usual I had main of mini mixed grill and friend had Waca Waca Chicken plus starters.. hot fresh and tasty One thing tho puzzled me They do NOT take card payments Asked us to go to cashpoint a block down very unusual....
The place was empty at 6pm midweek. So we're told to pick our own table, but then we're told we couldn't sit there because it was already taken??¿? So, our drinks order was taken and we waited and waited for that to arrive.... Food order was taken and that was served in a reasonable time, and it was edible. Still waiting for our drinks though at this stage. Oh and there were two more tables taken by now... Absolutely not going back.
My experience at this restaurant was terrible. I only received half of my food, and when I asked about the rest, the staff just shrugged and offered no apologies. I waited an additional 10 minutes with no food in sight. Even when I spoke to the manager, there was no apology - they had simply forgotten my order. Despite there being only three other occupied tables, the service was incredibly slow. I asked for my food to be boxed up, as my companions had already finished their meals by the time mine arrived. The food itself was decent, but the lack of care from the staff was disappointing. The owner and staff demonstrated a lack of concern throughout my visit, and only offered a discount on the meal when I expressed my dissatisfaction - and then informed me that they only accepted cash. This ruined what was supposed to be a family meal, and the customer service left much to be desired. While the chef did come out at the end to apologize and offer a discount on my next visit, the damage was already done. The new management seems more focused on money than on providing good customer service. Overall, this experience could have been easily resolved with better attitudes from the staff. If the service had been better, I would have considered returning, but as it stands, I will not be going back. It's clear that the new owners have a lot to learn about prioritizing customer satisfaction over profit.
