Tonight I placed an order over the phone to be picked up and specifically told the guy on the phone TWICE we wanted extra blue cheese and carrots and celery for both orders. We drove over an hour home and found that we were not given the sauces or the veggies, which completely ruins the $50 dinner. I proceded to call the store to let them know what happened and they told me that the veggies and sauces were not in the order and they don’t come with the wings in general, and she made it seem like I was the one who messed up the order and that they didn’t do anything wrong. How is it that I asked for these things twice while ordering and the worker cannot take a simple order over the phone? And that we were made to seem like they didn’t make a mistake..

We waited over 20 mins for a table while over 5 workers were standing there doing absolutely NOTHING. there was multiple tables open and a line out the door, and they continued to stand there on their phones doing nothing. WORSE SERVICE. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
