I got to the window the first time and they only gave me three reg tacos, I told them the order wasn?t correct, they took the bag and the receipt, and still just gave me back 3 supreme tacos, and no nachos. I had to drive around for the second time, and tell them to add the nachos, but since the guy at the window took the reciept, they acted dumb when I asked for the supreme nachos, I had finally got the nachos after 20 mins. The crew working needs new training and staff asap.
This is by far the best chicken quesadilla with no sauce I've ever eaten. It's nice and crispy on the outside and perfect on the inside oh my goodness it's delicious. Thanks guys whoever made it you deserve an award. Lol
First time in the new store. Very nice and clean. Order taken promptly and received in the same manner. Love all the covered outdoor seating and eating setup.
11:30 pm. Come on bruh. Stop being lazy and premaking food 20 minutes prior. I work at late night fast food too. Drive time is meaningless if the food is actually inedible. Edit May 30th: I went by late at night again. Two people (I'm assuming the only workers) were outside chillin. They went in as I pulled up. I ordered a Mex Pizza meal. Straight up the best taco bell I've had in a long, long time. Was completely fresh. Thank you two late night workers for bringing my faith in taco bell back
Service here is always pretty quick and friendly. Food is generally hot and they always get my special orders right! The only bummer about this Taco Bell is the dang exit the parking lot only provides one way in and out, and when you're leaving, if you turn to the right, it's a dead end. So you have to turn left out of the parking lot, but then you have no option but to turn right (towards Macon) onto the main road which means, if you need to go to the left (towards Columbus as I'm sure most of their customers do) you have to turn right, go down the road a bit, and then make a u turn. Totally inconvenient, and something that's deterred me more than once from choosing this particular establishment.
