Best Burger - Midland City

Where do I start. If I could give this place a zero, I would. The cashier was clueless. She had a headset on for the drive thru while she was cashiering at the front. Needless to say, she couldn't hear anything I was saying because she was busy talking into the headset. I did not get my hamburger that I told her I wanted, but my husband got his hamburger. I told her four times what I wanted with a lot of eye rolling from her. The restaurant was dirty and my husband's burger was cold. They were very rude and I will never set foot in this establishment ever again. Buyer be ware, the food is pricey for what you get (or don't get).

1st time ever 2 April 2024. My wife repeated her order to the blonde cashier 4 times. Cashier never removed headset because the drive thru gets priority. We only got one burger as a result of cashier not doing job correctly. I tossed my cold old dry burger directly in the garbage. Inedible cold. Fries were old and dry. This was an absolutely garbage establishment. Do not waste your money here. Burger kings is a premium burger compared to this joint and BK isn't edible either. Sticky tables. Bathroom out of any construction site. Trashy trashy. From now on demand your food before you pay to ensure quality. Check for spit and pubes.

Not only was the customer service EXCELLENT. But one of the staff members just so happened to drop 2 of their favorites on me.... AND boy-oh-BOY..... IT was mind blowing! Moral of the story is that its one of the BEST BURGER PLACES in TOWN!

They should change the name to just a burger ?. Now, don't get me wrong, it used to have one of the best back in the day and products change, but for the price no no and the fries were undercooked. All I can say is they need to taste it themselves they know it sucks now ?
