Schlotzsky's - Midlothian

The last time I left, they made our order completely wrong. also after repeating the order to us 3 separate times. and we waited like 20 minutes for an incomplete and false order. we did not ask for a mayo, there was a disgusting amount mayo. we ordered a suppe and did not receive it at all. the schlotskys in midlothian are the worst I've ever been.

I placed a $30 order and only received a small cup of soup. I tried calling to have the rest of my order delivered, but none of their phone numbers were working.

Visited a day when they were severely short. it was just the poor manager and a new person he trained. but the manager was very apologetic and pleasant and offered us all free drinks while we waited. I was very impressed that he never lost his cool and kept his friendliness. he deserves a raise! and if you need a job, come to work for him. you will not regret it.

I love eating so I don't get wrong the employees are amazing! that is, we have ordered the manager who works rudely, interrupted the woman who took our order into the microphone to ask us to hold while she continues to shout at the other employee. when we come into the window, the hired us our drinks and the manager comes to close the window and scream in the hired. we sat there for 7-10 minutes waiting for our food, when the manager threw her hands into the hired and screamed. I don't complain about waiting at all, but it absolutely breaks my heart to see that people are being treated, why in every environment especially not their work environment. fast food/restaurants are a lot of teens first jobs and it is absolutely disgusting to see a grown-up woman throwing their hands in her face. unfortunately I didn't get the manager name, but the woman had a shaved platinum hair and worked at 2:00 clock on 04/14/22

I don't know how many times my order not only takes forever, but has been wrong. I like the food when I get it.
