Burgerim St. Rose Pkwy - Midtown UNLV

We THOUGHT this location would be just as good as the one that was on Bermuda St., but we were wrong.. We wanted sliders and cashier with purple hair had absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE and said we don 't have sliders, so we ordered regular burgers UNTIL the cooks friends came in right after us and the cook told them #1 is sliders. (Me thinking didn 't the purple haired cashier just say we don 't have sliders NEVER AGAIN GOING BACK BURGER DRY AND HARD AND NOT FILLING.. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

The customer service was excellent the people were nice there I love it I would definitely go back there again I recommend going there

Zero stars if I could. Severely understaffed only one person working the whole thing. How is one person supposed to make sure the bathrooms are clean the lobby is clean the tables are clean the counter is clean the grill area is clean take orders take the money go make the food. Too much for one person. Whoever is in charge of this establishment needs to get their head out of their a and give their employees some more help.

Lady at the counter had such a stuck up attitude. Didn't know how to work the register, they were out of all mini burgers which is all we came for so it was a waste of a drive. Overall waste of time to come here.

I like this place. Unfortunately, they have different fries now, but OK Their turkey burger is moist and tasty. Lamb is fabulous. Fair warning, everything is cooked to order, so it seems slow. be patient, it is worth the wait.
