Uncomfortably quiet as soon as you walk in. Everyone just stared at us.. my daughter and I order the one with deep fried chicken pieces on it.. well we were served day old chicken, drowned in so much sauce and liquid I poured half out in the parking lot. So when we came back to ask for different chicken or maybe remake the order we were told all the chicken looks like this.. day old!? Hmm.. well they unhappily remade our order while they talked bad about us the entire time.. little Asian boy and curly haired kid from the back.. maybe YOU would lie to get free food but not us, kids, not us. Come correct next time. and to the gentleman who remade the order no questions or arguments, thank you! Cupbob is so lucky to have you!

You know Cupbop good. The fried chicken is great. All their noodles are sweet potato. Great portions and tho location is not stingy with the sauce. Parking is tight. Had to walk quite a way from our parking spot. Quick friendly service. No complaints.

I’ve had some bad experiences at another Cupbop location so when my experience today was THE BEST ever today, I had to take a second to submit a review. I went during a lunch break at work. The employee was masked (love it) and so nice. Service was so quick. Everywhere was clean. Then I got my food and she even thought to give me extra sauce!! (Which is something I always need but never think to ask for). The food was AMAZING. Everything top quality. I have food allergies and everything my order was correct. Overall, phenomenal experience. Reminds me why I do love cupbop. Shout out to Karina for making my day.
