Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

Went through the drive-through to grab a quick lunch on a busy Saturday and an entire meal was missing from our bag. Called back immediately to let them know and they took my name and said they would give us vouchers for two free meals. Very reasonable, and good customer service. Showed up 2 weeks later to use the vouchers and I was accused of trying to scam them out of food. Never going there again. I hope they enjoyed my burger and money.

The food is good but we didn 't get several items off of our order. Clearly a whole bag was left behind because we were missing an entire meal and an extra side. Once we realized we called and they were very apologetic and said two combo meals would be put in the office under our name I didn 't ask for the free food but it was nice that they offered. Cool! So mistakes get made and they 're trying to make it right! Well my husband went tonight to get our free meals and they 've never heard of us or such a thing and what 's the name of the person we talked to and on and on? So instead of being left with a good taste in our mouth, we now just feel bummed and we won 't be back.

Horrible service, food was okay. The people making and serving the food may have been high. After ordering 3 burger meals and a shake, they called our number, brought only our shake out, and after waiting nearly 20 minutes for the rest of our food, discovered that they had cleared our order from their system after giving us the shake. We had to wait another 20 minutes for our food after asking them what had happened—and even then, they didn’t get the order correct. After we finished eating we ordered a shake and fries to go. They brought out only the shake—again—and not the fries. We had to ask them for the rest of our order—again—and it took another 10 minutes to get our fries. The shake was almost melted by the time we left. Horribly managed staff. Will never go here again unless they bring in new management and new staff. Freddy’s is usually very good. Right now, this one is off the list.

We normally really enjoy Freddy 's, but had a bad experience at this location. I 'm not giving Freddy 's food a bad review but instead the employees. My bf and I wanted Ice cream and cheese curds but turned out they were supposedly out of ice cream even though we saw people inside getting some. This really confused us. Then while paying, they told us they ran out of cheese curds. I knew I should 've left but I was trying to be nice since we were already there so we asked for cheese fries. We told them before that my bf was allergic to onion but they ended up putting onion on the fries so my bf couldn 't have any. Last of all, as found a small piece of plastic when I bit into the food. It was overall worst experience I 've been to.

Charged me for medium drinks but gave me smalls. I brought this to their attention and they said I wouldn’t be charged for it because they ran out of cups. They charged me anyhow. Edit: I got home and they forgot to give me the sauces! If you’re gonna charge me for my food you need to give me what I ordered. Will not be returning
