One of our favorites when we went to the food court!

Dont expect this BR to accept the advertised deals. Came for the $1.75 scoops and they said they dont honor that deal. They dont take gift cards either. They pick and choose what deals they want to honor. I recommend you go to the one in Wahiawa.

We just moved to Wahiawā, and decided to come to Baskin robins to get a snack. Employees seemed young, so maybe high school students? They for sure didn't look like they wanted to work there with their attitude, but we let that one slide. We got two single scoops, and we figured we shouldn't have any issues since this is a big franchise and we've been to a lot of the ice scream places on this island. But sadly after receiving the product it was just sad. They charged us a full scoop for a kid size, and cone was stale! Most places even scoop a little into the cone, but not even that. Paid like $7-8 just for two kid size cones. Never again with this location

So overpriced!!! One scoop almost $5 and with whipped cream and sprinkles it came out to almost $9???? What the ****????

Coming to this Baskin is a near aggravating experience. Every time I come the6 dont have their full array of flavors. I am lucky if I can even get my fsvorite flavor the past few visits. Today was really the last straw. Why do I keep coming here? That gosh darn pistachio almond which they FINALLY had. I was so excited to finally get to enjoy my favorite flavor. I ordered a scoop for my little one and that came out quick but the milkshake took waaaaaaaay too long. By the time the attwbdabt could even think about starting it my son was long done with his icecream (so there goes my chance to enjoy my treat while he enjoyed his). There was only one blender and it barely worked. The hope of my shake turned into a refund request because I just could not wait for it anymore and they were still trying to finish the previous person's shake. This baskon robbins needs more flavors and working equipment otherwise why the heck is it here. So if you are one of those that love their overpriced shakes, don not come here if you have a place to be, you will find yourself losing your marbles like I did today.
