I brought my cars to millbrae motors since kovid, because I want the car to be served with small business instead of big dealers. benny is very experienced and friendly. I had regular services and greater work done like spark plug replacement there and all are very done. the shop is clean and has many nearby caffes and restaurants, so waiting for the service is not boring.

Great customer service Benny did a Great Job. Benny is very knowledgeable, reasonable, straight forward, and fair. I will return to Millbrae Motors.

Do not trust this business. He promised me appointment 4 days out with promise to complete the work if I come fist thing on Monday. He even told me to wait in local library or coffee shop. After 5 hours I called to check. He had not even started and didn’t have time to complete the work.He just flat out lied to me and told me ‘I didn’t ask you to wait. I don’t know why you are waiting’. He knew I was from out of the area and needed to get the work done on time.He lied to me in hope that he would have time without regard to my need.Customers beware!

Benny is very knowledgeable! He fixed my mini and Benz! Very reliable and I 100 trust him. He also charges reasonable compare to someone who might not even as known as he is. Hands down and so glad I found him

Benny is the best. He's very straight forward, fair, and communicative. He's performed a PPI and installed a new media unit after I purchased the car and both times Benny was super careful, while also being quick. On top of that, his prices are fair and it all equates to a great, dependable value.
