The iced coffee is also so good, very different than your average iced coffee. Also, the woman at the counter is so so sweet and accommodating! I eat a gluten free diet so Pho Baguette is my go to. Can’t say enough good things about this restaurant! Highly recommend if you haven’t tried it yet!!Dietary restrictions: So many gluten free options!
Oh my gosh where do I start! ?I came in with my friend we both got hot Vietnamese coffee, the beef pho and spring rolls. The QUALITY of the food insane! 10/10 underrated spot. And who is assume is the owner- she is the sweetest most attentive woman I just wanna give her a hug.
I've taken out from this place many times and I do love their pho. It is clean broth and authentic. Since they opened though, I do have to say their portions seem to get smaller and smaller each time order. A large pho does not differ much from their regular. Also the take out containers are less full each time I order. This includes meat, noodles and the broth (today it was only a half container full).I choose to take out vs dine in because of the cleanliness there is not the best. Service is mediocre as well but staff are nice. Overall will only come because there's no other decent pho options in east brunswick.
Ordered though Google for takeout and it’s my first time eating Vietnamese. Had the lemon grass Beef Bahn Mi. Unfortunately no description so I was super surprised when it was pretty sweet. I can see people liking it, but not me. Over all quality of the bread was great and all fresh ingredients. Just got the wrong thing off the menu. The lady up front was extremely nice so great service
It was a good bowl of pho noodle soup on a rainy day. The shirmp rolls were well wrapped, served with plenty of peanut sauce, but they had more chewy texture due to the relatively thicker rice papers compared to other places. The pho broth was unadulterated and well balanced with beef briskets. Just the amount of broth was not enough in the bowl after putting all the vegetables, and the noodles got soggy.
