Mcdonald's - Milpitas

The food at this restaurant is delicious, but the service at the drive-thru is extremely rude. We lined up, placed our order, and were then told to move to the second counter. When we followed these instructions, the employee there became angry and told us we were blocking other people's way. We tried to explain that we were following directions and gave our order number, but she didn't listen and just made us leave. We had to start all over again, waiting in line and placing our order. It was a very frustrating experience.

I ordered the Quarter Pounder Deluxe at the restaurant. The bun was soggy and the beef patty was undercooked. I was unable to return it as I was busy with work, otherwise I would have done so.

When ordering at the kiosk, they do not provide napkins, and even when requested, they only give out four napkins.

Ordered spicy deluxe chicken sandwich but received not spicy one with very less amount of lettuce. Also ordered happy meal but no toy inside so I had to go back there again.

The crew was working hard this morning killing the line. Good team work. McDonald?s I don?t understand why you guys can?t substitute the sausage in a sausage McMuffin with a egg for the same price. I don?t eat meat and noticed that I couldn?t get a egg McMuffin for the same price.
