Munchie Dub with extra sauce always hits the spot ?

Ordered for delivery. Waited outside for over half hour when the driver said he was leaving. Then suddenly the status was delivered. I didn’t see any vehicles on my road! No phone call to confirm address, or ask where I nothing. No one has contacted me since I said it wasn’t delivered.

I've been ordering from here for years and today I was told they won't deliver because they are to busy and won't be delivering to my address. I always tip my driver well and I'm only 10 minutes away. I don't think head office would appreciate the girl answering the phone making decisions like this for pepi's pizza's head office. Turning down good business and our order. Time to move on I guess.

Order elsewhere. Useless customer service at this location. Spent 15 minutes on the phone trying to order 2 pizzas, and 1 Munchie sub, to someone who struggled to understand a word of the order. After spelling each item and topping, my order arrives at my door with no Munchie sub.Someone who does not eat Pizza had to go hungry and find a snack.After calling and explaining the situation the girl who answered simply said sorry, and told her there was nothing they could do. They couldnt even send another driver to conplete my order.Thats what you get for ordering from THIS PEPIS.
