The pizza we got was so good. We had no problem with the food or the drinks at all. The Customer service was ridiculous. We got our food and drink orders just fine. But after eating the first slice of pizza our waitress came over and asked us if we needed a box and the check. We were completely thrown back and felt that we were being rushed to eat our food. It really felt that the waitress did not want us there anymore. We had to ask for a little extra time to eat our food. NO ONE SHOULD HAVE TO ASK FOR MORE TIME TO EAT THEIR FOOD!!!!!!
I had a large order of 12 pizzas. I called the day before to see when I would need to order these for them to be ready on time for dinner for a group of 25 people. The guy I talked to said to order online before 11:30 and I placed my order at 9:30. When I showed up to pick up the pizzas they had obviously not started the order yet because it took another 45 minutes for me to get my pizza. I mentioned that I was not happy about this to a lady who looked like she was either the manager or the owner. She apologized profusely and said that she would call me to go over what happened. I never did get that phone call. The pizza was good but not great. We tried to order another meal from them that same week of lasagna. They said that they would not make one big tray or several big trays but only individual orders and that they could only make one type of lasagna. They were not even willing to do a vegetarian version of their lasagna. I think they should have told me originally that they don't do well with large orders or they should have done a better job. I feel like I should have gotten a discount for my experience with the pizza.
Food was terrible. Payed over $20 for the blander noodles with a piece of sliced chicken on top. My panini wasn?t bad, but it barely had any flavor at all. Service was good though, our waiter was very polite. Had to wait almost an hour for food, but kind of expected it because it was busy. The $8 fried dough balls were literally just bread with light caramel and the occasional sprinkle of cinnamon sugar. Do not waste your money here, go to Asian cafe next door
We only had pizza. You're better off staying home and popping a frozen one in the oven, unless you like Vito's ambiance of sitting outside overlooking a parking lot. The crust was bland and so overworked that it was tough. Hey chef, try adding 4-5 grams of salt to the dough per 12-inch pie to give it some flavor, and take it out of the mixer a few minutes earlier before the gluten turns to Kevlar. Toppings were applied so sparingly that you get some only every three bites, and then so sparse it had little effect on the taste. There was a suggestion of sauce, but not enough to form an opinion on its flavor. Maybe the Italian-American dishes are better. We'll never know. The front of house was attentive and cheerful, so there's that. And the Iced tea was good.
