Bloomington Chophouse - Minneapolis

This restaurant is a beautiful place with great attention to detail from both the building itself and the staff. The manager, Brittany, is friendly and genuinely cares about customer service. My experiences at the Bloomington Hilton, dining at the Chophouse and enjoying happy hours, have always been enjoyable thanks to the atmosphere, service, and food - especially when Melissa is taking care of us. Brittany kindly and thoroughly resolved any questions I had about a bill from a previous visit. The Hilton is a nice place to stay and a wonderful place to eat, hang out, and meet new friends. Thank you to Brittany, Melissa, and the rest of the restaurant staff for a great experience!

The food at this restaurant was fantastic! The lobster mac and cheese and steak were cooked perfectly, the calamari was tender, and the brussel sprouts had a great mix of sweet and savory flavors. The steak tips in brown gravy were a standout for me and I would definitely order them again. The only disappointment was the mashed potatoes, which were a bit bland, but adding butter, salt, pepper, or the garlic lemon parsley mix they provide with the bread improved them. Overall, I can't wait to return for another delicious meal. The dark chocolate pie was also amazing, with just the right amount of sweetness to balance it out. A definite 10/10!

Very nice place. We had the Thanksgiving buffet. The food was all very good. Great service. A bit over priced but that's the price you pay for eating out on a holiday!

I had a fantastic experience at Prime Rib Night. I highly recommend it.
