Kendall's Tavern Chophouse

Beautiful venue with cozy atmosphere, and nice outdoor patio! Staff were helpful and attentive with our group of ten. We were all happy with our delicious meals!! Look forward to returning ?

We have been enjoying Kendall's for years, especially during dinner time, where we create a wonderful dining experience complemented by the lovely atmosphere (as long as it remains affordable). However, we've noticed a decline in food quality recently. Thankfully, with the seasonal menu, we remain hopeful for better options in the future. On the other hand, we were extremely disappointed with breakfast. The menu items felt simple, underwhelming, and overpriced. Breakfast has been our biggest complaint about Kendall’s, leaving us feeling quite dissatisfied. If we hadn't enjoyed our dinner experiences, I would assume that the prices only reflect the location and ambiance, rather than the quality of the food and service.

We had a wonderful dinner to celebrate our anniversary. The atmosphere was excellent, and the dress code is fairly casual. They offered some fantastic milk-free options. I could genuinely sense that the chef took great care in preparing my meal, and the staff made sure to double-check everything to ensure it was just right.

My wife and I have been coming to this restaurant for many years, but something has changed, and it's not for the better. We noticed that it wasn't as vibrant as it used to be. Our experience the other night has made us hesitant to return. Everything felt a bit slow, though it was a Friday night. We ordered a handcrafted cocktail that was flat and a burger that came with a cold, soggy bun, as if it had just come out of the freezer. The jam on the burger only made it soggier. The service was satisfactory, but it didn't match the high standards set by a friend who always praised it. I think this place needs to decide if it wants to be a casual hangout after a round of golf or continue as the upscale restaurant it aimed to be when it opened seven years ago.

Kendall's Tavern Chophouse is a beautiful place to dive even if you don't play golf. The service we have experienced has always been good. It is a very popular place on Sundays. The atmosphere is warm and friendly. The smell of roasting chickens is in the air. The prices are on the high side, but the food is excellent. I recommend Kendalls.
