Perkins Restaurant - Minneapolis

Bad food.. I wish the customer service made up for it but unfortunately it did not. I ordered my eggs over medium I got eggs over easy and the server argued that it was over medium. It clearly wasn’t. I was dining with my mom she liked her food but I’m glad she payed because I would NOT spend my money on this food.

We went to Perkins for dinner after conferences for our first grader. Our server, Charisma, was so lovely! She was friendly and quick. I also watched her go above and beyond for a table of senior citizens she was patient and brought out several cups of coffee until one of the customers was satisfied with the temperature.

Stood at the front for 10 minutes and no wait staff was present outside the kitchen at all. even Tried to yell back to the kitchen to see if anyone was working and no response. Other customers were at their tables with no wait staff present for them either. Can't believe this place stays open.

We had the opportunity to visit this place. The food is great. The service is excellent, but there is something missing with the bathrooms. They must improve. The bathroom stinks.

Great Experience, Charisma was a great help. Helped us decide which pies. Added sprinkles on my icecream when we told her it was my Birthday!
