Revolver Ribs - Minneapolis

We ordered from RR through a 3rd party delivery service. Sadly, one item was missing. Still, the food was so very good! We loved the duck fat fried potatoes, but they might be a bit too heavy. I wonder if there is a way to lighten it up. The layers are so ingenious! The ribs are so good, but a bit pricey for the portion size, at least in MN. We will order again from Revolver Ribs but we'll be sure to pick up the food.

Just ordered for the first time and we are VERY impressed. Kung Pao Ribbies were super flavorful and delicious. Salt and Vinegar Ribbies with Jalepeño Ranch, also awesome. The potato stacks are decadent (duck fat confit, how can you go wrong? Ordered the Cran-Apple Pie and Pecan Pie. Could have eaten multiples of those, LOL. We also appreciated the reheat instructions included with our order. GIVE THIS PLACE A TRY! I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.

Revolver Ribs is a ghost kitchen run by the chef at Hot Indian. Their menu offers a rotating selection of ribs in unique sauces, duck fat fried potatoes and hand pies. While I prefer a smoked rib, those at Revolver are still good and the sauces/rubs are intended to be the stars here (all the ribs are baby backs, which makes yours truly happy). We tried the Kung Pao and Salt and Vinegar both were certainly unique and flavorful. Each order comes with 3 4 ribs. The duck fat fried potato stacks are also an interesting and tasty side dish. Ordering online was simple and you have your choice between curbside pickup outside the Midtown Global Market or third party delivery.

I took a chance and was glad I did! Frankly this isn 't your typical I 'll take a full rack kind of deal. Their ribbies were delicious, tender and super meaty. There were four in my order and that totally filled me up. I got the apple butter ones and they were great. The Sauce was really great. Why not 5 stars? I wasn 't a fan of the duck confit potatoes. Perhaps I don 't have a palate for that style. I found the middle too oily and the ends too crispy. The sauce that came with was super spicy and good so had that with the ribs. Finally I had the drunken pumpkin hand pie from Sara 's Tipsy pies. Outstanding! I would order again if they offered an alternative to the confit taters!
