A couple of the rolls had slightly warm rice from being made recently my only knock). Everything we had was great. On top of the rolls, we especially loved the eel fried rice with yum yum sauce, the teriyaki squid, and the noodle soup. Kyoto has good sushi too, but what sets Takara apart is the variety of other options that compliment the sushi. We'll be back!
Enjoyed the food but didn’t appreciate the service. Our server forgot our orders and would give us the wrong food.Food: 4/5
This is our go to all you can eat sushi place in the twin cities. Easy parking. Good sized space for groups. Good-sized sashimi pieces and quality is good. Service is typically attentive despite it being a busy place.Food: 4/5
The employees here are very kind.We went during the early afternoon for lunch. It wasn't busy, and we were seated quickly. We didn't have to wait long for our food, either.I had the avocado sushi, miso soup, beef udon soup, and ice tea. The beef udon was my favorite.
Wide selection of different options to choose from (had to snap a picture after we started eating) and service is pretty good even though you don’t see many servers around. Worth a trip!
