Very disappointed at this place is closed for construction hopefully reopened soon the best luck for all employees and management they are the best hope that they will give them a management position and another store anna many thanks for their wonderful customer service

Doors locked early and give me no order saying that I have to go through the drive, but delivery trolley does not fit that I have already ordered and do not give back

I came to dinner ordered display some items when I came home, I discovered an item was made wrong. I called and said they don't send out any papers or vouchers, but the girl I spoke to would try to remember, but I had to come next day. that was inconvenient to me, because I don't eat tacoglocke every day, that I didn't care, and I feel that nobody will remember. I'm trying to visit my next one.

What's wrong with rude people? as I command, is this all? Do not acknowledge the one thing I have asked, seriously, I understand that they do not like their work, but do not accept the payment, close the window and pretend that we do not see them just stare us out of no reason.

Been going here for two decades since I was a teenager. Staff keeps getting worse and worse. Asked for sauce on a $16 order, threw the bag at me said it was at the bottom of bag. Of course, no sauce in the bag. Doors locked (at 6pm on a Monday mine you), so couldn’t go in to fix their issue myself.Went around the drive through again, waited, just for sauce….and the lady gave me 4 packets. For a $16 order of several tacos. Asked for more, she tosses 5 at my hand and slams the window shut. Usually you apologize when a customer has to fix your poor service issue, right? Seemed to get the opposite service of that. It’s TBELL, I get it. But watch out. These young females working there are scary bad.
