The humorist manager was obviously gone and my wife and I had the pleasure of meeting a super friendly staff offering traditional and generous alsace cuisine. a selection of Alsace wines that perfectly accompany this cuisine. a very good surprise in this region and a pleasure for the palate and stomach. I ate here once. The owner makes pig noises to a client who said he didn't eat pigs. It wasn't funny. And? food was nothing special (even pork.)
