Contribuisci feedbackAfter we ordered the waiter forgot about us. He didn't bring the sake I ordered. He didn't ask for water refills. I asked for ketchup for my little son and it took a long time to bring it to the table. In addition I asked other waiters and they just ignored my request since they had to look for my original server to bring anything to my table.
We normally love to come here. This time not so much. We had made a reservation for 12:15 lunctime). When we got there at 12:10 we did not get seated until 12:40. Then chef didn't show up until 1:35pm. We only started eating at 1:45pm, we were about to leave and the rest of the table was thinking the same thing. Although the food was great as always the service was extremely slow.
I have been going to this benihana for years always loved it but yesterday it was insane full of people and more than 45 minute delay. Everyone with reservations complaining and some people had to leave. I have no idea what is going on not enough chefs and the service was crazy.
I have to start with our server Dee and Chef Helbert, they were amazing. Thank you for your patience, professionalism and kindness. The host was welcoming and prompt at sitting our large group of 16. Timely service, the food was great and the eating areas were clean. The restrooms needed some attention. Overall a great visit.
Location does not have good attention to customers needs. When we got there they wanted to put us in a booth seat with a toddler next to chef cooking, we fought it as its unsafe not sure why this was even allowed . Next we requested specific foods based on fish allergy's. Chef did our corn and other food at the same time as he was handling the shrimps. That's a no no. We ordered rice without veggies but was charged veggie fried rice. Shrimp and chicken was not cooked at the proper temperature and seasoning so we left quite a lot of food. Overall experience is we are not coming back here as attention and safety to customers is horrible.
