El Churrascaso Steak Seafood - Miramar

The service here is terrible. extremely slower and inconspicuous server and they would think that the place was packed, but there were only four tables with people that included ours. we didn't get a start, but after we waited there for 45 minutes, without eating, we wanted and who knows that we probably had waited for long. the chairs are extremely unpleasant so that after the couple that was fed there we are asked to stand on one. after another 10 minutes a waiter sat by and brought us 3 small pieces of fried green curtains and tiny spicy salsa. we had to wait another 10-15 before our food finally came to our table and when it was raw! we ordered medium rare and what we got was not even rare, simply understated. the part of the food they get for the price is crazy. my strawberry mojito tasted like a fresh water with garnel. waiting for almost an hour to be served in an almost empty restaurant to be served undercooked meat is ridiculous. then we had to wait 20 minutes to find our server to get our leak. I will definitely not come back and recommend it to everyone we know.

Although the food was great but the service needs to be looked into. You have young pretty girls all sitting around folding napkins and wrapping the silverware. While the elderly male server tried to service the patrons. We were not asked what we wanted to drink we told them. I had to help myself to napkins as I was told to wait and then forgotten about. Delivery service is way better than eating here.

Been eating their food since they were in the food truck down in Miami! AMAZING food! Happy for them that they have a restaurants as well! I can def speak for the Miramar location, it’s beautiful. Tip top! Staff is always friendly, owner always there when we go, very hands on! And the food, I cannot complain- always great, no doubt! Hubby I love steaks, all of them are DELICIOUS. It’s become sort of a ritual, we order from there at least 4 times a month! ??. I’m very picky with my meals and cleanliness. Def a 5 star place. Been meaning to write this review for a while. Usually dine in but have done a lot of take out lately as well (because we have two little babies).

This was our first time here and the restaurant look nice from the outside and the interior was ok, it looked a little unorganized and it didn't feel clean which leads me to a lot of flies around our table. Service was very good, now for the food, everything we ordered seemed fresh and has a lot of flavor. Very disappointed with the amount flies that we had to kill while we were there.
