Second Cup - Mississauga

This second cup location is my favorite. The staff and service are amazing.

Just imagine sinking your teeth into this decadent chocolate cake! It is a phenomenal slice that pairs perfectly with a Vanilla Bean Hot Chocolate.

This restaurant is located inside Square One mall. Some of the photos make it look like a street-level Second Cup.

Too many people in the store. Only two girls Manning the counter. Need more staff. Place is clean. Washrooms are clean.

I really wonder why the ladies serving at Second Cup starting closing up so early, including turning off the oven 1 hour before closing (and not telling you before you buy two sandwiches, which you were then not able to eat), not wanting to sell you drinks even if there's 20 minutes before they close, and simply not wanting to assist customers. They make faces, are not nice or cheerful to customers like in other coffee places, they simply give you a bad look like they hate their jobs. If they really dislike working there then maybe they shouldn't work in customer service. :/
