The Rec Room Mississauga Square One

Our server became very rude towards the end of the night. I am not sure what we did to upset him but he would not serve us kindly. I understand how sometimes customers can be rude and too much to handle but I can assure you that I do not know what my friend and I could have done to upset him. I work in the customer service industry as well so I do understand long and tiring days but there is no need to be rude.

We ordered nachos and they were dissapointing. Almost no cheese and burned.

Slow service, rude staff, poor food...food was decent but for ounce of gravy to go on your mashed potatoes?, will not honour the advertisements that are posted all over the place What a waste of money, time and excitement...

Service was great! Went with a couple of friends for apps and drinks, our server was very friendly.

Excellent experience and will visit again absolutely
