Hunter Bay Coffee - Missoula

This morning for the first time in the hunter bay. I was quite excited to learn that their hot chocolates were vegan. I ordered a Mexican hot chocolate and was surprised when it came out as it had coffee in it. they did it without the espresso, but to be honest, there was no taste of chocolate in the second batch at all. it tasted like hot soy milk, which is seriously the most unpleasant taste of all time. I couldn't justify spending $4 on two drinks I didn't want. regarding the service was the girl who made the drinks very pleasant and the atmosphere seemed less intimate than other missoula coffee shops, but not in a bad way.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, but I ordered a 20oz white chocolate mocha and my husband had a 20oz mocha. Both were ok but could not taste the coffee would have Maybe a little more espresso coffee would have made them taste really good. Just saying. I will buy your coffee but will not pay for any more mochas'in your store.

This place as a lot of potential but also has a lot of work to be done. The service is very lacking and the staff seems very distant and not on top of it with the customers. The service here is quite lacking it took me about 30 minutes to get a sandwich and rumor has it that I am still waiting for that sandwich

Dirty and overpriced. Management has no idea what they are doing and suggestions are regularly ignored. The manager had her children with her in the food prep area and they were coughing and sneezing on the product and playing with the ice in the ice maker.

Paid $10 to wait 20 minutes for a grilled cheese with one slice of cheese and a mocha that tasted like watered down hot chocolate. Go to market on front instead that place is bomb.
