Panera Bread Missoula

The employees are welcoming and efficient at this restaurant. The management does a great job running the operation. However, I would recommend avoiding the restaurant when the owner is present as they disapprove of patrons using the free wifi and lingering. As a Christian, I believe the owner's behavior is not very Christian-like. Additionally, I find Panera to be too pricey.

This was my first time visiting this restaurant and I ordered the Chicken Green Goddess Caprese Melt. I was extremely disappointed to receive what was possibly the worst sandwich I have ever had, especially considering it cost $11. There was no sign of chicken in the sandwich and when I reached out for a refund, the store insisted I come back in person. It was truly disappointing and unacceptable for them to send out a sandwich missing the main ingredient.

The cashier was extremely friendly and the kitchen staff was also great. Overall, a fantastic experience.

Panera is a go to fastish food joint. One of the most healthy options in town and it’s always open as advertised. Which imo means they pay and treat employees with respect…

Generally I don't really have problems at this Panera. They have self service checkout which eliminates most interaction with staff. But the place is dirty every time I go in there tables not wiped down, trash all over the floor, etc. and it's getting hard to justify stopping in for the occasional sandwich when you can't find a clean place to sit and eat it.
