Bob Evans - Missouri

Mary is a wonderful waitress, we were seated and she took care of us immediately as well as a very large table next to us. She also waited on us very quick and efficiently. She is a asset to Bob Evans. We eat out a lot, but it is rare to find service like this! She is simply amazing.

Waited from the offers a table for about 8 minutes they stood there and watched this look at them

The kitchen staff and management needs to get it together. Our server, Mary, was running her butt off but she can only do so much. Also, the management kept moving her service area around. I could hear Mary trying to direct the kitchen so she could get food to her customers. Waiting an hour for food is unacceptable. Mary's hard work is the ONLY reason we did not walk out. GET IT TOGETHER!!

My family and I had dinner here last night. Management had an bad attitude unpleasant customer service. We waited 10 mins for a table for 5, only 6 people were in the restaurant, when seated I noticed it was freezing, I mean cold! Requested to turn the heat up, the manager replied that thermostat is broken 61 degrees with a 2 year child. Our food was not hot for long due to the temperature.
