Server was so rude! we had a table of around 8 girls, all on seperate checks and when it came down to signing our bill, our server stands at the end of table “making sure she has them all” when in reality she is just checking how much we tipped. Half of our table leaves as she’s checking them and proceeds to call out the way someone at our table tipped. Waited over an hour for my to go order, was lied to about how long it would be, and they did not seem to care at all. Do not order to go from this location.

Waited over an hour for my to-go order. Ended up leaving without my food because it took so long. As I was waiting someone also found hair in their food. I won’t be returning to this location due to poor customer service. Management should think about not accepting carry out orders during peak hours if staff can’t keep up.

Service at the bar was virtually non-existent. I got a beer pretty quick when I arrived but wasn't offered a menu and the bartender walked away and was gone for 20 minutes. I left cash for my beer and walked out. I was starving, but it's all good because El rancho had me covered. The other 2 locations in town have fantastic bar service. Seatings very uncomfortable. Food way more expensive than it has any right to be. I was treated like a door dasher at first. The decor is a direct ripoff of casa maria.
