Little Caesars Pizza - Mobile

Poor pizza in Mobile. The staff is terrible, have no idea how crazy bread is made, it looks like dog bones. You can't order classic pizza without they charging you and if you ask them to correct the price... they complain and say their policy to charge/recharge the more expensive pizza... not the original cheaper classic pizza. Rip off Kings of West Mobile. If you're going behind the store... a deep breath tske... you can smell the marijuana and see how the employees hang out and have a hoot. I'll never eat there again... prefer my dogs to eat dry food with toilet water.

Customer service was absolutely terrible. Staff played on mobile devices while individuals waited to place or pick orders. The employees were actually rude for customers.

Today I had an order of several pizzas for a birthday party. They were betrayed with so many great orders. I realized I forgot one and they added it without any problems. Not to mention, I was 15 minutes early. Dallas has managed the front very well, how busy it was. Thank you for a good experience.

No one welcomed us in the register, although they had two young ladies standing there. You look empty. I said my medal girl wanted to put it on the computer. All children with urgency. You don't have a manager in the store. Don't come here anymore.

This place has really gone down hill with poor management and employees. I'm not sure if they are not properly trained or they just don't care but they have poor work ethics. The store is a mess and probably would fail a health inspection. Last pizza that I got was under cooked and I got sick from it. They should close this store down as it's giving Little Caesars a bad name.
