Maple Street Biscuit Company - Mobile

I ordered the Cowboy, which consisted of country fried steak topped with bacon, cheddar, an egg, and a spicy sausage gravy. It was delicious! I'm definitely going to recreate this at home. The restaurant was clean, and the service was excellent. Overall, a great experience while enjoying some good tunes with Mojo!

Wow! Today was my first time dining here, and it absolutely exceeded my expectations! As soon as I walked in, I was welcomed with warm smiles and saw a pride flag displayed near the register. The staff was incredibly friendly, and it was clear they enjoyed working together, sharing laughs amongst themselves. The food was even more delicious than it appeared on the menu! This place has quickly become one of my top three favorite spots in Mobile!

My husband and I went on a breakfast date this morning and decided to try out this restaurant. The maple mocha coffee was delicious. I ordered the Extreme Biscuits & Gravy because I was excited to try the gravy with shiitake mushrooms and the meatballs. However, when my food arrived, it was just biscuits and gravy with two fried eggs. I went back to ask about the missing items, and the server tossed me a meatball the size of an almond in a large cup. That tiny meatball cost me almost $13! I wish I had taken a photo because it was almost comical. Also, I didn’t see a single shiitake mushroom in the gravy. On a positive note, the gravy had a nice peppery flavor, which I enjoyed. The atmosphere of the place was great, but they really need to do a better job of accurately representing their menu.

Wow, finally a great experience for breakfast! Highly recommended no need to be waited on, everything is there for you to grab after you order your food. The food was out of this world and the staff was very friendly!

Awesome looking place, with a great setup inside. There is plenty of seating and a great beverage choice. But they lack customer service.First off, there was a HUGE sign advertising $5.10 off your order. FIVEANDDIME [This is all it says, there is no limit on spending etc. I ask the young lady at the front, She insisted corporate had to deal with it and I had to call them. Weird. I asked her if a manager could possibly assist because of the major confusion.Then, the manager arrives, and she 's hesitant to answer my question. Gives me the exact same run around, Call corporate we don 't deal with that. All before she says, You have to spend $25 or more to receive the coupon. Then she storms off. And the cashier goes about the orders for a few minutes and forgets I was ordering. No problem, I waited.But Ahhh, there it was. That 's all I needed. SPEND $25 OR MORE TO RECEIVE COUPOUN . Didn 't need the attitude or sass or to be ignored for 5 minutes after that fact. If it wasn 't for the sweet lady(completely different woman) who rushed to the counter after seeing us standing there for a while, to take our order. This would be a 1 star review on service. Hopefully, they were just having a rough morning. So much for a first impression Also, there are no vegan options, for anybody who is wondering. This has nothing to do with the amount of stars given in the review.
