Starbucks - Mobile

I 'm giving 4 stars because the ladies always try to make things right when my order is made incorrectly. Out of 5 times I had my order right once. I get the same thing every time. Caramel brulee frappuccino with no candy and add a little caramel syrup. I 'm still going to come there because the service/attitudes are good. However I think yall gotta make sure the order is repeated back to me. Tonight the girl, forgot her name, said my drink and marked modifications but some how it got made into a iced coffee. Then the correction they gave me got espresso added to it. The drink was ok though but I 'd still prefer it the way I always order it. So, let 's repeat orders back to each other so everyone is clear and be consistent. Thank youuuuussss ????

It?s very irritating how they have a sign that says call ahead and order an app you can skip the line and order ahead. I?ve done this twice. Ordered ahead and paid instead of walking it out or telling me I won?t actually skip the line I have to wait in line wrapped around the building when my drink is already ready. If they do not offer the skip the line like they say, they should advise those on their app when you call ahead. Don?t advertise something you don?t actually do.

Great coffee with super cool and unique flavours! I love to go to this place for fun special coffees. Definitely a little more expensive than other coffee shops nearby but totally worth it to have great tasting drinks.

This morning I was late to work because I waited in line for 15 mins having to be stuck in the drive thru with everyone else just to finally be able to drive up to the window and have someone tell me they were closed. How annoying, the woman had her headset on and didn?t even tell anyone through it that they were closed. They could have made a sign, I mean they have a little chalk board out there geez. It was 8am when I was finally able to get out of there. It says they are open at 5:30am. They usually get my order wrong and if I didn?t work so close I honestly wouldn?t be choosing that location. Too bad Target doesn?t open their Starbucks earlier they seem to get things right. I wish this place would have the courtesy to communicate better with their customers.

When you stop supporting local law enforcement and disrespect soldiers, you?ve lost all respect from me. Yeah it?s good overpriced coffe and convenient. But what really matters is missing. Respect!
