Domino's Pizza - Modesto

Gonzalo made 2 wonderfully perfect pan pizzas tonight that exceeded my expectations, which wasn't easy considering I'm a frequent customer and is quite used to this store (and Gonzalo's! well above average quality! Jesse the delivery driver had them here before the cheese even had a chance to set. I love these guys!

Phone won’t pick up. Been waiting 50 minutes… still waiting…

Tried their veggies pizza with chicken on top. The pizza was delicious, I did walk-in and the pizza came out fast. I have seen lots of negative reviews, I blame mostly the owner of this place, shame on him/her. The same person is making your pizza, answering phone and taking your payment. So cut the employees some slack and instead take your anger on the management that's exploiting these people. I'm giving them 5 star and tip just for the Employee that served me tonight but I wouldn't be coming back unless they fix their understaffing issue.

My order was canceled by the restaurant because they claimed there was no apartment number provided, even though we had included it. After calling and explaining that we had included the apartment number and had provided a complete address, the lady on the phone continued to argue with me. She also displayed attitude during the conversation. The restaurant did not attempt to call and clarify the apartment number with us before canceling the order. In my opinion, this lack of communication and customer service is unacceptable. The restaurant should focus on improving their customer service.

Dominos, you have been late two times in a row, two hours late this time. I will not be ordering from you again.
