Domino's Pizza - Modesto

Ordering the delivery because I entertain guests in the last minute. it should take less than half an hour. an hour passes and nothing shows up. I call to see if they may have a hard time finding my place, and they hang on me when I tell them I have a question about my order. I'm calling back, and I'm forwarded to an automated message that my delivery is on the way. another hour goes by, and I finally get a call that tells me there are no delivery drivers, and that I have to pick up my order. my order had been sitting since 915 a.m., it is now 11 a.m., my guests have gone. I tell them to cancel my order. they agreed and said I was refunded since I paid online. this happened on the 8th, I was not refunded yet.

Love this pizza! The prices are unbeatable, the quality of the pizza is great, the staff is happy, friendly and helpful. All around 5 stars! Good job Dominos

Food is just the food but every time I try this one they delay the order and if I don't call or show up and ask they won't make it and never get notified about my pizza being made or not. Already has been 45 mins. Tired of always being let down here. It's just closer to my home. They might be busy but seems like it happens to many times before. Not coming back.

My husband and I always enjoy our pizza and barbecue wings from Domino’s..?

Mask requirements/behavior from staff are off the hook here when the entire state of CA and County of Stanislaus have lifted their mask restrictions and they are basically causing scenes with their customers saying they will not serve them without a mask on. Yet they want to act so over protective but they have a pregnant employee as their cashier and delivery person, who was not even wearing the mask properly. Just obserd. Come on Dominos do better.
