Costa Coffee - Monmouthshire

I was greeted by a very friendly staff member (Grace). There was a cookie promotion that with a hot drink you get a free cookie. They were out of cookies, but the store manager, Denise, was very kind to offer me an alternative. One o ikr highly recommend, very friendly and efficient and great value for money.

Half of the store is in darkness as it is windowless, but the other side was better. Lattes ordered and were of their standard. As with most Costas, it could do with upping it's cleanliness.

Changed location, comfortable sofas! Good service from the baristas and a decent cup of coffee.

New Costa: love what they've done with the place. So much space, nice decor, light and airy, and the coffee is good too. Really nice atmosphere and viewpoint, right in the middle of the high street. Old Costa: Need to sort the service out but a good experience in the end.
