Javi P's Fresh Mex - Monroe

I was picking up an order for a customer. The young lady working the cash register was very rude. I had 5 drinks to fix but she gave me 4 cups. I told her I needed another one and she slammed the cup on the counter and told me to get out of her face. How rude. Javi p's has lost my services.

Today the young lady working the cash register was extremely rude to a Doordasher. The Doordasher was very nice to the employee. I heard the employee tell the Doordasher to “get out of my face” when the Doordasher simply asked for the other drink that went to their order! I've never seen such poor customer service! Javi P's has lost a loyal customer.

Loved everything. Food was great, but consumer service was even better… Clean establishment in and out....

I've never eaten here, but my teenaged daughter does. She enjoys it. I love to come here to pick up Doordash orders. The staff, especially Fatima, is always friendly.

I had the tacos (pork, chicken, and beef) ALL three proteins were disgusting. The meet lacked flavor and didn’t taste like much of anything. I paid $14 and it was not worth it! I 100% do not recommend this place. Moe’s (previous restaurant) was way better than this.
