Rude Manager talks to people how they pay the bills there. Horriblly rude manager, who hired this unprofessional person? She saw her laugh and fun doing from a customer after leaving the store when they return the wrong amount of change. This manager needs training on how to deal with customers and does not provide rude answers. September 2 4:00. Calls Corporate

Not great, but definitely worse. All in all, not too bad for fast food if they do not scare your order...

No welcome and no one in the line. I was ignored for 5 minutes and I asked if someone would say something, and they just looked at me and the manager in black shirt also not interested. Anyone who owns this franchise, I hope that you will read this and how much of a terrible experience I had today and to every customer will be secondaryed to eat here, prepared for rude employees. A customer shouldn't go through this. I was still kind and friendly, but the need to write this review.

I stopped to order a quick dinner. I order a plate with Teriyaki chicken, beef and broccoli and chow my noodles. My bed with Broccoli should have been called Broccoli. Not even a piece of beef. The food tasted like it was a while. Spring rolls and chow my noodles were so dried and tasteless. Very disappointed.

Worst service ever! Attempted to place an order inside the restaurant. They were out of the entree item I wanted so we would need to wait. In the meantime, attempted to place husbands order- told to wait again to make sure it?s fresh and hot. Once the entree I wanted was ready, they no longer had the item my husband wanted as the staff running the drive thru were filling up cartons for those who arrived after us. When the person waiting on us attempted to reallocate from a waiting drive thru order, he was told they take priority. When he asked if that?s the case when we?ve been waiting, he was rudely told again we were not the priority! This is the second time something like this has happened to us and no resolution was offered either time. If you enjoy waiting while everyone else is a priority and ultimately leaving empty handed, visit this establishment! What a great customer service experience McDonalds provided following this!
