Shane's Rib Shack - Monroe

Shane has a great burger. I was really shocked. I love bbq, shane’s is a little to commercialize for me, the bbq is decent. You know what you have to expect when you go here. Nothing bad to say, it's just not really bbq.

Horrible service. This restaurant has gone down hill significantly. At 7:00 on June 10th 2022, our Party of 4 with a 1 year old. Only 2 people recieved their food in 45 minutes. My 1 year old was not one of them. 15 minutes later we were told her grilled cheese won't be ready for 5 more minutes. When the rest of the food came out the grilled cheese was blackened burnt. Our food was cold the fries we disgusting. We sent the grilled cheese back it was unedible. We got another that look good until we tore it and seen black burnt pieces in the cheese. We sent it back and got another, that had hair in it. We not once recieved an apology from the Manager. I can understand being short handed but the blantant disregard for your customers is unexceptable. The lady up front was extremely rude. My family used to eat here alot. Not anymore after the horrible experience we received.

Got the mega meal deal. I don't even care for ribs they were the best part of the meal. Bbq pork was dry sauce was horrible. Slaw was thrown in the trash ?

Worst customer service experience ever. Order over $100 of food for delivery and when it wasn't delivered on time told to contact store about food delivery time and they they couldn't give me that information. That my food was ready and getting cold at the store waiting for a 3rd party to deliver and I would need to contact them with no contact information since there website stated they would be divering through their store not the 3rd party. Will never and I mean never dine with this company ever again.

I got the pickup service I hadn't ordered from this location in a long long time I mean probably since beginning of the pandemic I wasn't sure if the inside dining was open but I didn't want to dine inside anyway but I got the pickup, I had the rib plate and it was hot and fresh when I picked it up and the cashier was really nice too. Overall it was a pretty good experience.
