Chipotle Mexican Grill - Monroeville

Whoever the manager is in this place should be fired immediately. I was here several times. Just for convenience. The store is dirty. Usually only a worker who puts the food together. Lines out of the door. Soda machine does not work on two occasions. If you know that the soda machine did not work, they would still sell well drinks. Don't make sense. I would not recommend using the Soda machine when it works. I bet the nozzles were never cleaned. It should be cleaned every day. To prevent bacteria.

I think I'm done with this chipotle. Service was super slow. The dining room and the kitchen were a hot mess. The children worked very slowly and nonchalant. My waiting was over 25 minutes because the children had no sense of urgency. They didn't care. Bad customer service. There was no order in the kitchen at all. It was like a bunch of sheep that graze back there. When I first came, they were from almost every ingredient. I loved this chipotle and would come often, but he drove the hill down enormously. I hope the company comes in and fixes it because it's just sad.

I value this place low because it was a complete disaster. There were no chips, the drinking station was a mess with the dining room. Soda was changed flatly. The food was okay, but the line was a mess. Trash needed to change. I think it might have been a short staff. However, it takes a minute to give quick attention. Overall, they have to go better.

Good food, but terrible customer service, long waiting times and them? resistant from toppings or menu elements. It is not unusual to take it forever to get your food, just to find out the items are without prior notice. It is also not unusual that they work several people working on removing prep area or in the back of the shop with 1 person working the entire food line for in store food. I complained in hope that changes in this business happen, and that never does. I love Chipotle but they fail at this point.

The staff was incredibly rude. I understand you have people who ordered online and need to take care of them but you also should take care of the people waiting in line. This is a super tiny place so the line builds up quickly. There wasn?t a clean table when I got my food. There was food all over the floor and when I told them the coke was out, they didn?t replace it for the entire time I was there which was about 20 minutes. I know that there is a lot of supply chain issues causing products not to be available. If this was the case, I would have like to be told this rather than ?I?ll replace it? and then never replacing it. Would definitely not return to this location.
