Lynn's Hula Hut - MONTAUK

Such a cute set up and lovely decor. However, the bartender was very rude and condescending. I see others have said the same thing. Her attitude doesn’t match the “zen” or “aloha” vibe at all. Drinks were good, though!

Rude bartender from the moment we walked up to the bar .....made mistake of sitting on the bar stools and was told we are moving the bar stools so that we keep the bar open for the lines mind you we were the only 5 people there at 330 pm). Next we ordered an espresso martini off the specialty drink Menu No espresso Martini ok then we will have a pina collada I can make one but not frozen ...ok We order a margarita on the rocks with Salt , he makes the margarita no salt, ask again for salt .... no salt , it doesn 't stick to the cups wouldn 't you say that before you make the margarita??? Next we put down a credit card on the bar ..... cash bar only which also should have been advised in advance. What it comes down to is obviously we Interrupted his day and he was annoyed and everything a problem . Been wanting to stop by here for a while and now that 's out of the way there is no need to return ..... $80 for 5 watered down drinks .....only good part was the entertainment as he was very good . Keep your money unless you Like being treated like a nuisance instead of a valued customer!!!

Great music and drinks will great you . There's Always a good vibe at the Hula! Make it one of your MONTAUK moments!
