Contribuisci feedbackMy man and I have eaten 3 times in millesime during the last months, during our holiday stays in the tarn. we like it because it serves good French cuisine as we remember decades ago. montdragon is a small village, but at. lunchtime people converge on the restaurant from everywhere: people who meet on the streets or the local phone system, couples or families on holiday, local agricultural people, businessmen with, pensioners from the place .. and most order the menu of the day. it is a good value for money, including dessert and a glass of wine. the dinge get a little fancier on Sunday as they might expect; and on every day except a special occasion (like montdragon's annual fair) the menu offers more possibilities. montdragon is practical for loudrec or realmont, and about 30 min from albi or castres. haute cuisine is not, but it is very good, and enormous 'rapport qualite prix '. montdragon is very happy to have this jewel. we will return and would hesitate to take friends there or recommend it. note, we have just found out that the restaurant is on its annual holiday, so that it will be closed from June 22nd 2015 to June 16th.
This is the restaurant in my little medieval village in the deepest sw france, so nothing imaginative, but pure, honest, real French eating served in the simplest settings! every dream to discover and I am happy enough to live only a few steps. Get away! it is a real family memory and all the employees are young and enthusiastic. it is open every day with a menu de jour from Monday to Friday at 13€, which changes every day, with limited choice. the evening meal is also served on thurs, fri, sat and sun nights. it is always busy, especially at the weekend and so it is advisable to book. the terrace is ideal for summer months, although it is directly on the road. I was very impressed when I visited last week with a very picky friend who didn't like everything in the daily menu. Although they were very busy, a Monday and the only restaurant that was open for miles, they fortunately brought alternatives that they loved and still only accused them of the 13€ great service and worthy commentary!
Very good cooking, fresh products, homemade. impeccable service and pleasant. the excellent parillade and the strawberry succulent. We'll be back.
We have organized a family meal (about 20 people) from the entrance to the dessert, to the dish (a calf with a mushroom sauce) everything was appreciated and tasted. The plates are generous. restaurant that is worth a visit
Excellent time spent in this restaurant in a small charming village the dishes were good and very well presented the impeccable service and very friendly staff a special mention for the dauphinois gratin which was just amazing and absolutely delicious!
