Domino's Pizza - Montevallo

The pizza is excellent, but I urge you to improve your phone service. I ended up having to go to Papa John's and wait an extra 25 minutes on top of the 20-minute wait from my phone order.

I want to be fair: this Domino's has always been my go-to spot for pizza, and I've generally had great experiences. However, I was disappointed when I ordered the honey BBQ wings, as about a third of them were not coated in sauce. Additionally, I ordered six Diet Cokes, and none of them were cold. On a positive note, the pepperoni and mushroom pizza was fantastic. Unfortunately, I didn't have a chilled Coke to enjoy with it. I'll likely order from here again, but I might skip the wings next time.

I used to work for this place. Staff are poorly trained if at all.

The staff always washes their hands before handling any food, and they are incredibly friendly and patient while working diligently. The atmosphere feels like family, and the food is consistently fantastic!
